Description (partial)

cpp_cp_svr process on ESP crashes causing router reload or failover to redundant ESP.

With over 4K sessions established on an ASR1K router where the sessions have QoS applied with queuing actions (shape, bandwidth, priority) and the physical interface that the sessions are established over changes due to interface flap or route change, the cpp_cp_svr process on the ESP can crash under certain timing conditions. The window for this condition to occur is very small, but hard to predict. It only impacts ASR1K routers equipped with ESP100 or ESP200, ASR1001-X, ASR1001-HX, ASR1002-X and ASR1002-HX routers.
