Now if the DNS record for '' is updated to IP address and the DNS is flushed on WSA. New DNS entry goes into DNS cache of WSA and now points to

However, WSA still keeps sending traffic to the older upstream proxy address of As soon as we restart the prox process the new upstream proxy kicks in.
