Description (partial)

Symptom:
Following outputs from CUCM CLI gives incorrect values (0 and no values are returned). Same is seen when checked  via RTMT: 

show perf query class "Cisco Tomcat JVM"
==>query class :

- Perf class (Cisco Tomcat JVM) has instances and values:
                    -> KBytesMemoryFree               = 0
                    -> KBytesMemoryMax                = 0
                    -> KBytesMemoryTotal              = 0


admin:show perf query class "Cisco Tomcat Connector"
==>query class :

- Perf class (Cisco Tomcat Connector) has instances and values:
            no values are returned


admin:show perf query class "Cisco Tomcat Web Application"
==>query class :

- Perf class (Cisco Tomcat Web Application) has instances and values:
            no values are returned

Conditions:
Issue is seen after upgrade of CUCM to 11.X releases.
You will see even though the service are started logs for  tomcatstats servlet would have stopped since the time of the upgrade.
