Symptom:
> Connection threshold alarm seen on the device 

> In the HTTP AO errorlogs frequent messages for the file descriptors are seen:

 ERRO (27898) Failed to set policy engine AO release socket option on fd (fd=709) 319 'AO Shell ID NOT already reserved for transfer' target aoid=319 [newconn.c:957]


>Using the netstat command for the stale connections, the connections show as established

show statistic netstat | i 58195
tcp        0      0 10.159.2.11:8080        10.206.21.175:58195     ESTABLISHED
tcp        0      0 10.159.2.11:8080        10.246.123.189:58195    ESTABLISHED

This will be give better idea about the issue as the HTTP connections are normally short lived connections.


>The http logs, there is an issue with http frequently changing state:

NTCE (316718) HTTP AO (5/5) derived state changed from G to Y [fda_load_mon.c:459]
NTCE (561341) HTTP AO (5/5) derived state changed from Y to G [fda_load_mon.c:459]
NTCE (784138) HTTP AO (5/5) derived state changed from G to Y [fda_load_mon.c:459]

Conditions:
Using the netstat command for the stale connections, the connections show as established
