Symptom: We have seen issues when the ISE portal does not load as the port setup for guest authentication becomes non-responsive. At this time, the guest portal does not load although the user is redirected to the portal. Logging capability on the ISE should be included to help understand why the portal went down. Currently, although a support bundle is collected after the port went down, we are unable to determine a root cause. Conditions: ISE running 2.1,2.2,2.3
