Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Policy-Mgr NXOS process dumps a core when too many management VRF instance prefixes are added and deleted.

Conditions:
There is a memory leak when management VRF instance prefixes are added and deleted and these prefixes are sent to the istack for programming in the kernel istack.

++ Check the following command and check if the values permanently increases after add/del of mgmt vrf instance prefix
