Description (partial)

Symptom:
Tunnel establishment fails with multicast range route (ie: 224.0.0.0/4) configured as split-include network

Conditions:
AnyConnect 4.5.04029 on macOS (10.12.x and 10.13.x)

Log Message --> Message type error sent to the user: The VPN client was unable to successfully verify the IP forwarding table modifications.  A VPN connection will not be established.

Don't use IPv6. I switched from Automatic to Link-local only (on my AirPort router and my (10.13.4) MacBook/iMac) and then 4.6.* no longer gives me the port-forwarding error.
