Symptom:
During upgrade, or after upgrade fails, data interfaces on the managed device are down. You cannot connect to the Firepower Management Center or the device's management interface.

Conditions:
Your network is configured so that traffic from your computer to the Firepower Management Center's management interface and to the device's management interface must traverse the device.
