Description (partial)

When Users are logged in and active (available - Green Presence status) on both (J4W & J4I or J4A) devices and no location on the J4W device is configured, you see the mobile availability status when in a chat w/ this user even though they are actively using the desktop.

The description for the mobile icon in J4I:
Show an icon to contacts when a mobile client is active. This icon is not shown when a desktop client is active"
