Symptom:
Cisco Finesse Desktop fails to respond intermittently. The Cisco Finesse Administration webpage throws the following exception: HTTP Status 500 - type: Exception report message: description: The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request exception: ServletException java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread root cause: OutOfMemoryError unable to create new native thread note: The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the logs.
