Description (partial)

Symptom:
SNMPv2 wrong community string forces switch to respond with an authentication failure trap if Snmp-server enable traps snmp authentication is configured.

SNMPv3 wrong auth passphrase causes no such trap.

Conditions:
Hardware: WS-C3750X-48P
Software: 15.0(2)SE10a

Running SNMP v3 with 'Snmp-server enable traps snmp authentication' command enabled,
