Description (partial)

Symptom:
Majority of UCSM integrated UCS-C Rack servers getting stuck in shallow discovery state after reboot of fabric interconnect. Servers still accessible and working via redundant path through another Fabric Inteconnect.
UCS-B blades not affected.

Conditions:
Problem observed on below setup:
