Description (partial)

Symptom:
a pair of N7Ks both connected to a downstream device in vPC setup, after changing the vPC domain ID, the LACP port-channel on one of the N7Ks went into Hot-Standby mode, due to different LACP MAC being used between the two N7Ks.

Conditions:
pair of N7Ks in vPC setup, with LACP vPC port-channel connected to downstream device.
changing the vPC domain ID will cause LACP port-channel went into H state on one of the N7Ks
