Description (partial)

EIGRP link fails to establish for a Cisco Trustsec (CTS) port, which has role-based enforcement enabled, when the default role-based permission is "deny ip".

When trying to establish an EIGRP link using a CTS port, which has role-based enforcement enabled and default role-based permission as "deny ip", the EIGRP protocol will constantly restart and send HELLO packets to the neighbor.
