Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When attempting to upgrade UCM or install firmware to UCM, the admin may get the following error message, "The resource lock platform.api.upgrade.config is currently locked by process XXXXX (NetMessageDispatch-77). Please try again later. Conditions: Upgrade UCM or install a file to UCM while a backup is in progress.
