Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to update any settings via Bulk Administration > Phones > Update Phones > Query when CSF, TAB, TCT , BOT devices or devices which do not have ssh user id and password are on the list. Submit button doesn't react, the job gets never executed. Removing those devices from the Query the Submit button works just fine.

Conditions:
When updating the devices through BAT Query and there are CSF, TAB, TCT or BOT devices or devices which do not have ssh user id and password are on the list
