Description (partial)

The Application Search bar is not listing devices shown as "unmanaged" in the inventory for Prime Infrastructure.
The device's admin state may be unmanaged due to reasons like "SNMP connectivity failure" or "No License" etc. but it is shown in the inventory. However the application search doesn't list the device in search results while we search with the IP address of the device with which it is added.

Customer expectation is to display the results even if the device is unmanaged, so that we can find out if the device IP address has been added on the PI or not.

Checked on PI 3.2
Device added in inventory but is in Un-managed state. (incorrect snmp credentials provided while adding)
Device is listed in the inventory with admin state "Unmanaged" and SNMP connectivity failed state.
Searched for the IP in the inventory page and it lists the device.

Searched for the IP in the Application Search bar and it shows no results.
