Description (partial)

Symptom:
On an ASR920 router, memory allocated to the TDL messaging module of the Cylon_Mgr Process may leak.

Conditions:
L2VPN Pseudowires (PWs) are configured, provisioned and in established state.
Core interfaces or BFD sessions flap resulting in the states of the PWs flapping.
In parallel, the 2 commands given below that dump the status of programming of the PWs in the platform are executed repeatedly :
1. show platform hardware pp active pw eompls
2. show platform hardware mpls l2 vc <Xconnect-Attachment-Interface>.Efp<xconnect-efp>
