Description (partial)

Symptom:
8861/8865 only: Guest UI will get stuck during inputing the Guest-In user-id when pull out the KEMs.

Conditions:
Reproduction Steps:
1. Assign the DUT user to the BroadWorks Call Center with three KEMs connected.
2. Set "Enable Broadsoft Hoteling" to Yes under web GUI "Voice > Ext 1".
3. After the phone reboot, Press Guest-In softkey to login the Hoteling guest user-id.
4. While inputing the Guest-In user-id pull out the KEMs,
5. Find the Guest UI get stuck. 
6. Phone's other behaviors are correct. It can receive call and make call. only guest login UI stuck. If not unplug KEM, phone's guest login UI is fine.
