Symptom:
Application Process does not restart after rollback from 2.2p6 to 2.2-P2/2.2-P1

Conditions:
Rollback from 2.2 p6 to a previous patches 2.2 P1, 2.2 P2, other rollbacks work fine

Dear Cisco, could you help to confirm the following scenario has the same problem or not? Scenario: Two ISE nodes in HA mode, with software 2.2+patch(3,4,6) Steps: 1. In GUI, rollback patch 6 2.
