Description (partial)

Symptom:
Finesse IP Phone Agent (FIPPA) user is logged in at their phone and in a Not Ready state, places a call into a CTI Route Point.  After the call is transferred to the CTI Port, the FIPPA user's phone displays the call variable layout.  User cannot control the queued call or exit FIPPA display until signing out of the application.

FIPPA with UCCX 11.6(1)
