Symptom: When impersonating at times, you get a GWT error quickly and then when you select OK to the message that you are impersonating user, the "File View Activities Reports Help" menu is not available. Conditions: using the web client and impersonation a user. This does not happen every time. very sporadic. Not sure what causes it to occur at this point.
