Symptom:
The following traceback is seen when removing PIM-related configuration -

This has been seen when removing "ip pim rp address" from global configs or removing "ip pim sparse-mode" from interface config. In our testbed this is consistently reproducible.

PIM functionality does not seem to be impacted. PIM neighbors / routes do not seem to be impacted. PIM process does not crash.

Conditions:
PIM is configured, PIM neighbors are up and PIM routes are populated. Multicast traffic does not need to be currently forwarded by the switch to see the traceback.
