Description (partial)

Symptom:
Client is not getting disconnected when AP is moved from one group to another

Conditions:
1. Bring up the ME with 5 APs priming to the ME-WLC including the internal AP
2. Create 10 AP groups and 10 RF Groups and link those to each other
3. Make sure all the APs are in default group after priming to the WLC
4. Create a 802.1x WLAN and connect a client to the WLAN
5. Now move the particular AP where the client got connected from default group to user defined group where there is no wlan where the client got connected from step 4

Actual Result: Client doesn't get disconnected. From controller cli, AP doesnt have any WLAN but from the AP shows a wlan profile
