Description (partial)

Symptom:
Save operation FAILED: A unique cluster ID was not found in the database is seen for SCH

Conditions:
1)Login to CCM Serviceability.
2)Access the path CallHome. In Call Home Configuration page, select "Enabled(Smart Call Home) from Call Home drop down box and populate the mandatory filelds and click on save button and make sure "Call Home Configuration saved successfully" message is displayed.
3)Click on Reset button
The above operation results in 
"Save operation FAILED: A unique cluster ID was not found in the database"
