Description (partial)

Symptom:
If an ASA is configured in Routed mode and skinny inspection (SCCP) is configured, phones may not be able to register through the device. In addition, some calls may be disrupted by the ASA during active calls.

Conditions:
This was seen on ASA version 9.8.1 which introduced the combination of Routed Mode and BVI interfaces for use on the 5506 series platforms.
