Description (partial)

Symptom:
EDIT: Default OFF, opt-in to this functionality as not all users want skipped jobs to show up as red at the group level. Skipped is often a desired status.

We would like to see if this feature could be done as we have been having issues where users monitor jobs and think that all the jobs completed normally but actually there are child jobs which are skipped.

The issue is like this:
We have a job with event job trigger which is setup as such that if by 8:15 PM the job is not started, the event will set the job to skipped status.
We observed that when the child jobs are skipped and the parent job contains other jobs which completed normally, the parent job will show as completed normally after this particular job is skipped.

We want to see a red marker (on the small allow we click to expand the parent job ) to indicate that the job completed normally but it contains child jobs which got skipped.

We see this for example if a job is completed abnormally or timed out, when we manually mark the job as completed normally, we usually see that the job small arrow is red. I attached the screen shots for clarification.
