Description (partial)

Symptom:
In the Device Details / OTU Interface Details panel, the label used for the Enhanced modes for the FEC Mode field are wrong.

Currently the two labels read:

- Enhanced 1.4
- Enhanced 1.7

The labels should read instead:

- Enhanced I.4
- Enhanced I.7

Conditions:
1. Access CEPNM as Config Manager or Root user
2. Navigate to Inventory / Network Devices
3. Select the NCS4000 device
4. Navigate to Device Details / Interfaces / OTU Interfaces
5. Select the OTU interface
6. Verify the OTU Interface Details panel is displayed on screen
7. Verify the FEC Mode label reports "Enhanced 1.4" or "Enhanced 1.7"
