Symptom:
Automatic reconnect for desk phone control

Conditions:
User login into extension mobility to Phone 1 and control the phone 1 via Cisco Jabber.

Logout EM from phone 1

Login EM to phone 2 

In Cisco Jabber, we are able to see phone services got disconnected. We need to manually select the Cisco phone to control the new Desk phone.

Instead of doing manually, Jabber needs to do an automatic refresh/reconnect to control the new desk phone automatically.
