Description (partial)

A Cisco MME might introduce 100+ msec delay between incoming TAU and outgoing SGSN context request.

This is happening when DNS is trying to resolve DNS for S4-SGSN and it is falling to the GN-SGSN DNS cache.
This issue is seen only when DNS query fails and MME has to fallback to SGTP to send .gprs DNS query.
