Description (partial)

Symptom:
Getting password expiry error for LDAP AUTHDOMAIN 
 sshd[xxxxx]: pam_unix(sshd:account): account <username> has expired (account expired)

In putty session you will receive error of "Server unexpectedly closed network connection"

In UCS central log you will see similar error in secure file

 sshd[xxxxx]: pam_unix(sshd:account): account <username> has expired (account expired)

Conditions:
When you have time zone configured in UCS central as GMT +13 above such as +14 and when you try to login with LDAP user into UCS central via SSH, you will not be able to login
