Description (partial)

Symptom:
NVI NAT overload between VRFs fails since port number is not translated correctly when there're multiple hosts.
This can be confirmed by checking debug ip nat detailed output.

Conditions:
- There're multiple hosts,
- 2nd host happens to have same ID as 1st host already uses,
- ICMP packets (known at this moment)
