Description (partial)

Symptom:
If customer configures a 4 byte ASN using DCNM 10.4.2+ and has a N9K switch image older than H-release (15.x.x)
The top down configuration of VRF will result in error on switch:
Note: If applicable, please configure related commands manually.
Message reported by command ::                     route-target both auto
BGP using 4-byte ASN. Could not auto-gen RT.
 
ERROR: Failed to write VSH commands

Conditions:
4 Byte ASN number,  10.4.2 DCNM switch image older than H-release (15.x.x)
