Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASA crash/failover

Conditions:
Customer has two ASA Firepower 5585X SSP-60 configured in ASA cluster (master/slave). The SFR modules were upgraded from v6.1.0.2 to v6.2.2.1. The slave was upgraded first with no problems. After upgrading the master SFR to 6.2.2.1 the master ASA crashed/reloaded.

Prior to upgrade, the customer excluded SFR from policy-maps, so no traffic was sent to it during the upgrade, and also disabled health-check of a service module during the upgrade with command "no health-check monitor-interface service-module.
