Description (partial)

Symptom:
Multicast Streams passing over VPLS Circuits will get dropped as streams may be in "Incomplete Hardware" IHW state

To confirm , please check the following output on any one of the PE's of the VPLS Circuit

State:  NFD - "Not found"             NHW - "Not in Hardware"
        PHW - "Pending in Hardware"   HW  - "Hardware"

        FHW - "Flooding in Hardware"  TE  - "Tunnel Egress"

Conditions:
