Description (partial)

Symptom:
Process emsd exceeds its RLIMIT, exits due to signal 6- SIGABRT and dumps a core. The process restarts automatically. The following syslog messages are observed:

Conditions:
Sudden burst of event driven telemetry (EDT) events e.g. IPV4 and IPV6 route updates along with delay in processing of events by the remote collector
