Description (partial)

The show ipv6 neighbors binding interface gix/x command shows lots of entries within STALE state that have passed the default lifetime period (by default it is 24 hours, not infinite).

When max entries are reached then device on that port cannot use its new temporary IPv6 address.

IPv6 First-Hop Security Binding Table feature enabled.Devices connected to a wired interface disconnect then reconnect, and repeat the sequence many times.
Every time this sequence is repeated, the stale time is reset and the age gets bigger.
