Description (partial)

High convergence if IGP path is broken in 6PE ECMP scenario

A 6PE prefix having 2 BGP next hops, and each BGP next hop being reachable over 2 ECMP IGP paths, LWLDI creates the FEC. This results in high convergence when one of the IGP paths is broken, even though the outgoing label for all the 6PE prefixes is ipv6 explicit null.
