Upgrade from 6.5 to 6.6, the workflow validation will fail if the workflows having "Create Standard Catalog" or "Modify Standard Catalog" tasks.

Symptom:
In "Create Standard Catalog" or "Modify Standard Catalog" tasks, the "Workflow" field's input type is changed. In UCSD  6.5 version, this input  was of type  "Custom Action Workflow". In 6.6, this input has been changed to the type  "Compound Workflow" as part of the enhancement to support pre-provisioning workflows. As a result of this change, any Workflow that contains the above two tasks will fail validation after upgrade to 6.6.

Conditions:
Upgrade from 6.5 to 6.6, the workflow validation will fail for workflows that contain "Create Standard Catalog" or "Modify Standard Catalog" tasks.
