Symptom:
Steps

1.	BNG1 is Master for 480  SRG Groups and BNG2  is Slave for 480 Groups.
2.	Bring 32K IPoEV4 Subscribers. 
3.	Perform RPFO in BNG1. 

ISSUE :  IN BNG2 only  226 SRG groups are struck in connected state and 254 groups are in Established state.
