Description (partial)

IOS CLI "show platform software fed switch active punt cause summary" may display negative counts.

Symptom:
Counters displayed from CLI can display negative values when reaching 2147483648.  Other than the display issue, there is no functional impact.

Conditions:
Punt cause counts reaching 2147483648.  Issue is seen on CAT9K and CAT3K series switches.
