Description (partial)

Symptom:
On the current 2.2.1.34 imager, the start_builder.sh script starts chronyd service which disables the ntpd. This can lead to a deployment failure as the OS on the bare metals is set to sync to the ntpd service. If the OS on the bare metals is out of sync with the correct time, the deployment can fail.

Conditions:
Can occur with any 2.2.1.34 deployment.
