Description (partial)

Symptom:
If the wired link to a Root 1560 AP fails. It is expected for the AP to fallback to the wireless backhaul to connect to the network.

AP will connect to the network via wireless, by the time the wired connection comes back. AP remains with wireless connection

AP will send traffic over the wired and wireless creating a loop
wired traffic: LLDP,CDP, CAPWAP

Conditions:
AP 1560
