Description (partial)

Symptom:
Randomly few IP Phones stuck in "unregistering" state after a switch reboot with 802.1x enabled. Cisco catalyst 4500 with SU7E and Cat6500 with SUP32, after power cycle quite a few phones doesn't come up and stayed in unregistered state. The only way to recover from this situation was to bounce the port on the switch.

Conditions:
An Interface configured for Voice and Data VLAN with dot1x enabled with host mode: multi-domain
