Description (partial)

Symptom:
If there is information lookup done by the Custom VXML application say for example contacting 3rdparty web services with customer calling number (ANI).
In the return data on ECC variable EXTVXML[1] has a string with apostrophe FromExtVXML1::Test1| D'  TEST1|3583

The the ECC variable is not being passed from VXML server to CVP call Server. It fails somewhere as the value returned blank
This causes a timeout on the VXML transaction between VXML server to VVB..Because the IVR Publishing event to the Call Server Subsystem the external variable value is blank ICM is unable to determine next steps for the Request instruction received. Hence this cause a timeout for CVP to respond back to the IVR subsystem,
Eventually VVB sends a BYE and make the call fail..

Conditions:
