Symptom: Unable to open a technical support request from Virtual ESA Conditions: On Virtual ESAs, unable to a technical support request and getting error: unfortunately, the Auto Entitlement process has failed generating a Service Request for you at this time. A record of your attempt to open a Service Request has been forwarded to the TAC organization and they will contact you shortly to give advice and support. If this case is urgent, please make sure to call one of our global TAC numbers for immediate assistance from one of our engineers.
