Description (partial)
Symptom: Unable to save configuration changes on the My Devices Portal. Receiving the error "Unable to load devicePortalMyDevicesAction.do?customizationLanguage=English&command=saveMyDevices status:401". Conditions: Errors in the Portal debug logs (guest.log and ise-psc.log) indicated issues related to an expired Apex license causing the issue, even though only a Plus license is needed for BYOD functionality.
