Description (partial)
Symptom: Below message is seen intermittently on the sup even if the IPv6 is not enabled for the SUP: *Jan 30 23:25:19.358 PST: %IOSXE-4-PLATFORM: R0/0: kernel: ICMPv6: NA: someone advertises our address fe80:0000:0000:0000:02a0:c9ff:fe00:0020 on mgmtbr! This message is harmless and has no functional impact. It should be ignored until it gets fixed Conditions: When neighbor switches boot up or reload, the following message might be seen. "neighbor" means switches connected to the same subnet as the g0/0 management port.
