Description (partial)

The below issues were caused by the confusion of GUI vs. CLI vs. documentation. Request equivalent CLI command on GUI in Management->Message config

When Samsung Note8 associates to a SSID test11r(Even FT is disabled), bunch of errors/messages show in message log. For the same case, iPhone7/8 don't have the issue.

Issue 1, a lot of regular messages printed out while Message Log Lever is ERROR:

Issue 2, different kinds of errors printed. For example, there is no any Fabric setting enabled, but Fabric error displays:
