Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Chat CSQ Activity Report will normally show all chats associated to a CSQ for a selected timeframe. When the selected timeframe does not include time that a handled chat occurred then any other results will not be displayed.

Conditions:
Timeframe selected does not include a handled chat
